Starting with a single session is a great way to begin. We start exactly where you are.

Many clients continue with regular sessions
to build strength, mobility, and confidence over time.

No prior Pilates experience is needed.
Beginners and desk based bodies are welcome to our private Boronia studio.

Is Self Pace Pilates right for you?

Sessions at Self Pace Pilates are designed to support general strength, mobility, and confidence in movement through guided exercise.

Pilates is often used alongside rehabilitation, however sessions at Self Pace Pilates focus on guided exercise rather than assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. If you're currently working with a physiotherapist, I'm happy to support your movement through exercise alongside their care when appropriate. 

Session packs

Session packs are designed to support consistency and regular practice.

Packs are valid from the date of your first booked session.

 

  • 5-session packs are valid for 3 months

  • 10-session packs are valid for 6 months
     

Sessions can be used flexibly across available appointment times within the validity period. ​
